This looks to be exactly what I am hoping to achieve

Daniel , This would appear to be exactly what I am hoping to achieve. I don't pretend to be a notes developer I was really hoping someone could assist me by providing the final code as my attempts to merge the original code with the solution have failed :-( . any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
